Mission
Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center exists to witness the love of God through
compassionate and competent health services for all, especially the poor and the
powerless, in a spirit of genuine hospitality, respect, dignity and justice.
As a Benedictine-sponsored Catholic organization, we promote the highest level of
physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being for all persons.
As a member of SMDC Health System, we are committed to the values of patients first;
innovation and excellence; respect for all; teamwork; and stewardship.
Polinsky, as a non-profit, comprehensive, outpatient rehabilitation facility, is
dedicated to providing people with injuries or disabilities the assistance to reach
their highest feasible level of functioning. We have a commitment to excellence
through quality patient care programs, services and staff.
Vision
Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center’s vision is to be a preferred, quality, easily-accessible,
patient- and family-oriented, outcome-driven provider of rehabilitation services
through a collaborative team approach.
Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center will provide, coordinate, and advocate for
prevention, medical services and independent living services in our community.
Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center will assist people with physical disabilities
to realize their highest functional level of independence and provide hope through
the development of life skills.
