Mission

Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center exists to witness the love of God through compassionate and competent health services for all, especially the poor and the powerless, in a spirit of genuine hospitality, respect, dignity and justice.

As a Benedictine-sponsored Catholic organization, we promote the highest level of physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being for all persons.

As a member of SMDC Health System, we are committed to the values of patients first; innovation and excellence; respect for all; teamwork; and stewardship.

Polinsky, as a non-profit, comprehensive, outpatient rehabilitation facility, is dedicated to providing people with injuries or disabilities the assistance to reach their highest feasible level of functioning. We have a commitment to excellence through quality patient care programs, services and staff.

Vision

Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center’s vision is to be a preferred, quality, easily-accessible, patient- and family-oriented, outcome-driven provider of rehabilitation services through a collaborative team approach.

Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center will provide, coordinate, and advocate for prevention, medical services and independent living services in our community.
