Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center is located at 530 E. Second St. in Duluth, Minn. It’s on the corner of East Second Street and Sixth Avenue East and part of the SMDC Health System campus in downtown Duluth.

Driving instructions

If you are driving from the Iron Range:

• Take U.S. Highway 53 into Duluth
• Continue on Minnesota Highway 194 (Central Entrance) past the Miller Hill Mall
• Follow Central Entrance down the hill and continue on Sixth Avenue East
• Take a right on Third Street, an immediate left on Fifth Avenue East, and another immediate left on Second Street
• Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center is on your right at 530 E. Second St.

If you are coming from south of Duluth or from the West End:

• Take the Mesaba Avenue exit off Interstate 35
• Turn right on Second Street and travel approximately one mile
• Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center is on your right at 530 E. Second St.

If you are coming from Wisconsin:

• In Superior, cross the Bong or Blatnik bridge and go north on Interstate 35
• Take the Mesaba Avenue exit off I-35
• Turn right on Second Street and travel approximately one mile
• Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center is on your right at 530 E. Second St.

If you are coming from the North Shore:

• Take Minnesota 61 (London Road) to Superior Street (London Road becomes 10th Avenue East when it meets Superior Street)
• Turn left on Superior Street
• Turn right on Fourth Avenue East; go up the hill two blocks.
• Turn right on Second Street (which is one-way)
• Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center is on your right at 530 E. Second St.
