Help me find a support group
Polinsky Medical Rehabilitation Center offers support groups to help you with life-changing
events. We can also help you find groups led by other SMDC Health System affiliates and community organizations.
Here at Polinsky, for example, stroke survivors and their families meet with others
in similar circumstances. They share educational talks and their own experiences.
Those who are further down the recovery path find it empowering to help others.
Our support groups include:
- Stroke Club for stroke survivors, family members and friends meets the fourth
Wednesday of each month. Meetings include speakers, information, social and recreational
opportunities. Call (218) 786-5364 for more information.
